Which trains are better?
Between these two pairs of trains, we usually recommend the overnight ones (Z202/Z201). Because compared with the daytime ones(Z385/Z386), they can save a night's accommodation bill and can save more daytime for sightseeing
Which sleeper class is better on train Z202/Z201 ?
For train Z202/Z201, there are four types of seats: superior soft sleeper (2 berths in a compartment), soft sleeper( 4 berths), hard sleepers (6 berths) and hard seat.
Based on our previous experience, it is really difficult to get the tickets of this class as usually superior soft sleepers are available for the passengers who take longer rides, like the passengers from Beijing to Sanya (duration 38 hours).
So usually we recommend to book the soft sleeper class. It has 4 berths in a compartment, with two on each side, each supplied with pillow, sheet and an individual reading light.
The berths are wider and more comfortable than hard sleepers. Each soft sleeper compartment has a door, which can be closed.
In case the soft sleeper sold out, the hard sleeper is considerable, but not the hard seat which is only ok if short distance.
