SDA was invested by twelve shareholders which were appointed by Shandong provincial government, including Shandong Economy Development Investment Corporation, Shandong Provincial Project Committee, Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai and

Jining Investment Corporations, Shengli Oil Corporation, Qilu Petro-chemical Corporation, Jinan Steel Group, Laiwu Steel General Factory, Yanzhou Mining Bureau and Jinan high-tech Industry development Zone state-capital operation Co.,Ltd.. Its genearal headquarters is at JinanYaoqiangInternationalAirport and the air base are at Jinan Yaoqiang and QingdaoLiutingInternationalAirport.

SDA has three branches: Qingdao Helicopter Co., Sanlian Helicopter Co. And SDA Jining Co..SDA establishes unique and economically-efficient managing system and adopts general-president in charge under the lead of board of directors policy on the base of modern company system.

SDA owns a set of high-efficient orgnizations and a group of high-quality professional technicians.Its staff has 800 persons, 85% of them are above-college quality, 80% of them are under 35-year-old and one third of them have been professionally trained in foreign countries. Meanwhile, SDA also emploies dozens of domestic and foreign air experts as consultants.

Main lines:At present,SDA owns seven B737-300 airplane, which are for main lines. The air routes from Jinan and Qingdao to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Kunming, Zhenjing, Beihai, Haikou, Huangshang, XiAn, Wulumuqi, C-hangsha, Nanjing, Zhuhai, Hongzhou and Xiamen and other cities are 58 lines and have 200 flights every week.

Branches line:At present, SDA owns eight luxurious SAAB-340 branch planes and five CRJ-200 branch planes, which are for branch line air transport. The opening air routes from Jinan and Qingdao to antai, Dalian, Nanjing, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Jingzhou, Shuzhou, Hefei, Huangshan, XiAn, Shenyang and other cities are 54 lines, every week have 60 flights.

Meanwhile, SDA does special planes business: public affairs and commercial affairs and chartering plane business, which need booking 10 days in advance.Common use:SDA's five Qingdao and Sanlian Helicopter co. Afford common aviation business to society, including:extinguishing fire, touring, airphotoing, explording, goods posting, first-aid treating, advertising and flying sowing and so on.Others:SDA carries many kinds of business at the same time relying on air transport.On the base of doing well in air transport, SDA operates four-star class hotel(Crane Hotel), tour agency, industrial company, real estate development, advertisement and other business.Thus they affords more wide-ranging service.
